Addis International Catering (AIC), a premier Flight Catering unit of the MIDROC Investment Group, was established from the visionary leadership of Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Ali Al-Amoudi. Founded on 1 June 2007, the company was created with the ambition of delivering world-class inflight catering services that meet international standards of quality, safety, and excellence.
Following its establishment, the state-of-the-art catering facility was completed and officially commenced operations in October 2008. On 28 October 2008, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines became the first international airline to partner with Addis International Catering, marking a significant milestone in the company's history.
Unit area is approx. 6000 sq meters and with a capacity to produce up to 10,000 meals a day, we cater to scheduled, charter and VIP flights.
We also provide Aircraft Cabin Cleaning, full Laboratory services, Terminal Lounge Services and has a well-established training facility to ensure that all products and services are delivered to the highest possible hygiene and quality standards.

We cater to all kinds of Ethiopian, Western, Asian, Halal and Oriental cuisines, vegetarian and non vegetarian. We also offer a variety of special meals based on passenger preferences and medical requirements. The Main Kitchen is equipped with a separate R&D and Test Kitchen which is also used for VIP flights.
