ABOUT US
Addis International Catering, a Flight Catering unit of MIDROC Investment Group, was the vision of Sheik Mohammed Hussien Ali Al-Amoudi. Following its inception on 1st June 2007, the facility was completed and on October 28th 2008 KLM became the first airline customer.
Unit area is approx. 6000 sq meters and with a capacity to produce up to 10,000 meals a day, we cater to scheduled, charter and VIP flights.
We also provide Aircraft Cabin Cleaning, full Laboratory services, Terminal Lounge Services and has a well-established training facility to ensure that all products and services are delivered to the highest possible hygiene and quality standards.

We cater to all kinds of Ethiopian, Western, Asian, Halal and Oriental cuisines, vegetarian and non vegetarian. We also offer a variety of special meals based on passenger preferences and medical requirements. The Main Kitchen is equipped with a separate R&D and Test Kitchen which is also used for VIP flights.
