March 2020 2nd AWARD FOR AIC FROM PAX INTERNATIONAL - AFRICAN CATERER OF THE YEAR. For the 2nd year running, Addis International Catering has been voted Caterer Of The Year by the readership of PAX International Magazine. The award was due to be handed out at a ceremony at the Raddison Blu Hotel in Hamburg during this year's WTCE Expo, however due to the Covid-19 emergency, this has been postponed. In due course, this 2nd recognition of AIC's quality and talent will make its way to us and we are very grateful for the honour.

The award was presented to AIC staff at a ceremony in Hamburg, Germany by the Publishing Editor of Pax International Aijaz Kahn.

Addis International Catering is proud to receive the Qatar Airways Caterer Performance Award 2017 in the category of Best Caterer Africa for the third time. This award was also bestowed in 2014 and 2016. Qatar Airways presents this prestigious award to its caterers in Europe, America & Australasia, Asia Pacific, Africa and Indian subcontinent. Addis International Catering is honored to receive this award on behalf of its staff members who work hard to ensure consistent delivery of Qatar Airways 5 Star services. In addition to Qatar Airways, Addis International Catering caters to Egypt Air, Emirates, Kenya Airways, VIP, charters, regional operators Abyssinia Flight Services, National Airways and Trans Nation Airways. Addis International Catering caters to the Business Class airport lounge for International Cargo and Aviation Services. Addis International Catering also performs cabin cleaning services on Emirates, flydubai and Air Djibouti, Qatar Airways and Saudi Arabian Airlines for International Cargo and Aviation Services. The Local Catering division of Addis International Catering provides catering services to German Embassy School, International Community School, Sandford International School and Cambridge Academy, as well as event and banquet catering for several Embassies, banks and private parties. Addis International Catering’s ISO accredited Food Safety Laboratory carry out Microbiological testing as well as HACCP training to several companies in Addis Ababa.
1 March 2018 NEW PIZZA -HUT PARTNERSHIP Addis International Catering is proud to partner with Yum! Pizza Hut through provision of supply chain solutions to support the introduction of this renowned international chain in Addis Ababa. Pizza Hut has already opened its second branch within just a few months of coming into this new market.
