All recruitment are preceded by interviews, gathering of supporting documents and reference taking.

All staff are subjected to pre-employment medical check-ups.

As a pre-condition for hiring all staffs are required to provide clearance from the “Ethiopian Federal Police Commission Forensic Investigation Department”.​
