Addis International Catering is monitoring the global situation daily with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic and taking appropriate action where and when necessary to protect the health and safety of all our employees and customers.
As you will appreciate, our business has been severely affected by the reduction in global travel but AIC continues its strong presence in the local markets to provide support and quality food services.
AIC has the highest of Food Safety Standards which are rigorously maintained at our unit and at our client sites.
These are being further upgraded with additional procedures for combating any potential threats. This includes increased sanitizing procedures, increased use of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) and closer monitoring of outside threats.
The well-being and health of our employees is of paramount importance and steps are being taken to provide them with the best possible protection. Additional checks and PPE will be provided.
All visits to the unit from both local and overseas visitors will stop until the pandemic is deemed safe to resume.
All incoming goods will be sanitized and FULLY decanted at an isolated point of entry.
AIC management will continue to review government and WHO briefings and act accordingly.
